Press & Media Registration
If you are a member of the press or part of a commercial media organization and wish to obtain coverage of the Emerald City Comicon, you must submit a Media Registration Request Form (PDF) in order to be considered for approval. We reserve the right to limit the amount of badges granted per outlet.
For media that are interested in obtaining either advance or on-site interviews with any of our celebrity media guests, you must fill out and submit a separate Celebrity Guest Interview Request Form (PDF) in addition to our Media Registration Request Form.
All forms must be received no later than March 9th, 2012.
Any media requests received after that date may not be approved. There will be no on-site registration for media.
Approved media are admitted to ECCC with a complimentary Press Badge good for all days of the show. Badge must be worn at all times and will have both your name and organization on it. Press Badges are good for entry in to all events (space permitting) and exhibit halls. Note: there will be NO on-site video or audio recording allowed on the celebrity media guest autograph signing floor unless you've been pre-approved with permission to do so. Any videotaping, filming, or recording of any manner at ECCC which will be used for commercial purposes (non-news) must first obtain written permission from the Emerald City Comicon.
To submit a media registration request, you must include:
A completed Media Registration Request Form (PDF)
A photocopy of your business card or your media outlet/employer's business card
A photocopy of your official photo identification (Driver's License, Passport, etc.)
A copy or link to an industry-related article written by you in the last 60 days
