Cover art is by Frank Cho, with colors by Nathan Fairbairn, while Richard Starkings of Comicraft provided the logo.

The book is limited to 850 individually numbered copies.

Part of the proceeds from will benefit the Seattle Children's Hospital, a premier child health care and pediatric center and recognized as one of the leading US hospitals for children.
